Worry Weight

Officially worried about my weigh-in on Monday. I stepped on the scale today and found myself at 219 pounds - that's only a 1 pound loss this week (so far).

On the up-side, I've already surpassed my March goal (of 13 pounds) and have busted through the 220's!

Another positive: I no longer crave horrible foods, like Panago pizza, chinese food and all the other fattening foods I used to worship. I have now become dependant on hummus, whole wheat pita bread, eggs, salad and of course chili. I'm really embracing this whole "eating to live, not living to eat" philosophy - it really resonates with me.

Lastly, tonight I did 90 minutes on the elliptical. I'm going to start making Saturday nights my go to the gym for 90 minutes/ watch a movie on my ipod / Lisa time. I love this whole watch a movie gym business. It is so wonderful. Not only do I get a wicked work-out in, but I also am so distracted that the time just flys by.
