I am happy that i'm officially no longer in the 220's but - that means I only lost 1 pound this week! This is no good, I need to lose more! So, where did I go wrong? I think eating lots of processed foods (and drinking!) was my downfall. Next weeks goal: less processed foods and more fresh foods.
However, I did try on those black 16-size pants and they do up! Awesome. I no longer have to wear jeans to work!

ReplyDeletePS Eating a lot of processed foods may have lead to you not losing as much as hoped because of the crazy amounts of sodium in them.

Less processed food is a great goal and one that I'm always working on too lol.
