Breaking up with 216.4

Dear 216.4,

We've certainly seen a lot of each other over these last few years. I saw you on my way down two years ago and then again the following year on the way up.

Although it is nice to see you again, I have to tell you that this the last time I will be seeing you on the scale ever again as I refuse to go back up to your level. Our relationship is an an unhealthy one and I have to say that you and I don't get along - we simply do not look good together.

In fact, although I am looking forward to running into 215, 214 and 213 in the coming days - I want nothing to do with you or any of your 200-numbered buddies. I am changing my life and really don't see you fitting in anywhere.

I'm sorry - but this is over.
