WI: Down 5 Pounds!

Huzzah! It's a good day today!

I've been on plan for one week now and this morning, when I weighed in - I was down 5 whole pounds!

This always happens for me the first week I'm plan, I do really well... and then it trickles off a bit... I typically lose about 1-3 pounds/ week - but this 5 pounds loss is really inspiring.

In other news, I recently learned that I have to attend a bachelorette party in July - and we're all going to a spa to some kind of thermal bath. Sigh. That is about the last thing I want to do - but it does give me incentive to keep to the plan. I would love to be at about 170 lbs by the time that happens (especially since all the other ladies there are super skinny!)

It's a good start to the week :)
