Stress and the Power of Cardio

Today was a hugely stressful day for me at work - I came home and I was beyond grumpy and tired and would have loved to eat my stress into a food coma... but I didn't.

Want to know what I did instead?

I went to Costco and bought a TON of fruits and veggies (my fridge is stuffed with loads of ONLY healthy choices) and then I went to the gym and did a full hour on the elliptical.

In the midst of chaos, I made the right choice(s). I think this lifestyle change is working. I'm feeling good about where I'm at and am hoping I can keep this up!
