I had multiple chances today, and woke up with the best intentions to exercise. But I somehow managed to find excuse after excuse NOT to exercise. Now, it's 10pm and i'm sitting here feeling like a pile of carp.
I am finding it so difficult to get into an exercise routine. I'm still on plan food-wise - but just can't seem to get with the program exercise-wise.
I've got to get a plan of attack here. I need to get back on the exercise wagon.
I need, I need, I need.... Time to start DOING!
