Starting the Week Strong

Since Monday is the day after my weigh in - it is the start of a fresh new week for me.

On my way home from work yesterday, I was humming and hawing over what I should do exercise-wise last night. There are two yoga classes that my rec centre runs on Monday nights and I thought that would be a great way to get 2 of the 5 yoga classes in (I need to do 5 classes this month).

But alas, at the last minute, I changed my mind and ended up doing BOTH the 30 Day Shread AND the C25K!

After the video and run, I felt like a million bucks! A month ago, the 30 Day Shead left me crippled for a week and now, not only can I do the Shead, I can go out and kill the C25K right after (in the rain, might I add) - i'm getting fitter and fitter each week!
