These last few months, for some reason have been depressing ones for me. I don't know why, but i've been seriously down in the dumps since February. I'm depressed and I honestly have noting to be depressed about.
This morning, however, I woke up in different spirits. I almost didn't recognize the feeling (it's been so long), but I woke up in a positive mood and super excited to start a new month in a better, more positive mood. So that's what I'm doing. I'm calling May "Positive May"because i'm putting my pity party to bed and will aim to be nothing but grateful for all that I have.
That being said, my new monthly goals are:
"Positive May" Goals:
1.) Do 5 Hours of Yoga
2.) 6X 30 Day Shread
3.) 20 Hours of Cardio Activity
4.) Stay On Plan 30 Days
5.) Be at 180lbs by the end of the Month!
I cannot even express how happy being back in the 180's would feel for me. I was thinking this morning that, sticking to my plan, I could be the lowest weight of my adult life by the September rolls around, which would virtually mean a new me for the start of all the great things I am about to embark on in September...
I've got nothing but positive thoughts today and am going to try and hold onto that positivity for as long as possible!
