May Recap!

Well... June has arrived and what have I done? I gained weight! That's right! I went camping last weekend, partied a little too hard, and now - i'm back up to 194 lbs!

Boo me!

Here's a recap pf my May goals:


"Positive May" Goals:

1.) Do 5 Hours of Yoga: 0/5

2.) 6 X 30 Day Shred Workouts: 6/6 - Yay! Finally reached a goal!

3.) 20 Hours of Cardio Activity: 12.25/20

4.) Stay On Plan 30 Days: 11/30

5.) Be at 180lbs by the end of the Month! -Currently at 191lbs

Reward for completing all tasks: Much Needed Haircut!

Lame!

However, it's a new month now, and I have a feeling June is going to be a goody! Plus - I got a haircut and no longer feel like a shaggy dog!
